We are seeing our clients in as safe a manner as possible, while ensuring your pets have the vital healthcare they need.

Our progressive practice has been offering mobile vet services for more than 20 years and our team has always been flexible and responsive to our clients needs, so this transition is one we are taking in stride.

If you are under quarantine or self-isolation at home, we may be able to offer you tele-vet services over the phone. We are also providing mobile services to clients who are healthy and curb-side services at our vet clinic. 

We also can help get your essential pet supplies through our e-boutique that delivers to your home and can provide curbside drop off for prescription medicines.We know these are confusing times and we want your vet visit to be as stress free as possible, so we outline how each works below. 

How you can access our vet services

In order to book a tele-vet consultation, you must already be a client of our clinic.

Tele-vet consultations are 15 minutes long over the phone and can also be over FaceTime. We are currently seeing our tele-vet clients within 24-hours.To book a tele-vet consultation call us at  403-615-8016 .

Our staff will collect payment via credit card over the phone and you will be e-mailed an invoice.Clients can email a picture to info@mvvcdekens to supplement the vet's info.

If a prescription is required we can prepare it at the clinic and  have it ready for curbside pickup. 

Call our clinic at  403-615-8016  to book an appointment with a vet to come to your home. 

Our staff will collect payment via credit card over the phone, but will not charge your credit card until after your appointment. 

To ensure the health of our vets, our staff will be asking some pre-screening questions to ensure your home is safe for us to enter. Our vets take a great deal of precautions including hand sanitizing, not touching surfaces and social distancing in our clients home. They also disinfect their hands, surfaces and equipment between visits.

When you arrive for your appointment, stay in your vehicle and call 587-893-8387 and our staff will come out and pick up your pet using appropriate social distancing measures. You must remain in your vehicle while your pet is seen. When your pet has been seen a vet, we will call you to let you know what further steps are needed for your pet's care. 

Our staff will collect your credit card information over the phone and email you an invoice. 

We will return your pet to you at your vehicle, and their prescription if they require one, using social distancing measures.

Please call our clinic at  403-615-8016 to request a prescription for your pet. 

Our staff will collect payment via credit card over the phone and you will be e-mailed an invoice. When you arrive, please remain in your vehicle call 5878938387 and our staff will come out to deliver your prescription to you using appropriate social distancing measures.

Our e-boutique offers a variety of food choices for pet's with a number of dietary needs and essential supplies like cat litter, puppy pads, boredom busters and more. 

If you have had an appointment or made a purchase at our clinic in the last year you will have received an email with an invitation to sign up for a login to the e-boutique. If you missed that email, call the clinic at  403-615-8016  to get your secure sign in

*We cannot guarantee our clinic hours due to staff shortages. So, if you are coming to the clinic without an appointment, for food or supplies or a prescription, please call  403-615-8016  to check if the clinic is open.
